「2026本地漁農美食嘉年華」今年迎來二十周年誌慶，活動將於1月9日至11日一連三天在旺角花墟公園舉行。是次嘉年華由本地漁農美食嘉年華籌委會聯同漁農自然護理署、蔬菜統營處及魚類統營處共同主辦，致力推廣優質本地漁農產品及相關文化活動，讓市民一站式體驗香港在漁農科技與美食創意方面的豐碩成果。 活動場內設有超過430個展銷攤位，其中逾220個專門售賣本地出產的漁農產品，另有有機食品、健康食品及家居用品等多元化攤位。市民不僅可選購最新鮮的地道食材，亦可率先品嚐多款首次亮相的創新產品，包括水庫鯪魚肉燒賣、水塘魚湯、鮮魚午餐肉等，為日常餐桌注入新意。 由本地有機、水耕同埋信譽農場種植嘅優質農產品，包括羽衣甘藍、甘筍、四季豆同埋水耕車厘茄 。 今年嘉年華新推出多款由業界、學術界、漁護署及魚統處以本地漁產合作研發嘅新產品，包括水庫鯪魚肉燒賣、水塘魚湯、鮮魚午餐肉、石鰵魚蛋及石鰵魚肉春卷等。 科技與文化交融的漁農展覽 除美食體驗外，今年嘉年華亦重點展示本地漁農業的最新科技發展。農業展覽區將展出垂直氣霧耕作系統及智能農場模型，介紹如何透過創新科技提升農作物的產量與品
