去年食肆總收益微升0.2%惟銷量跌 中式餐館生意跌幅顯著
政府統計處昨日(二月三日)公佈了2025年全年食肆收益統計數據,揭示本港餐飲業呈現出「旺丁不旺財」的局面。雖然全年食肆總收益按年微升0.2%,達1,096億元,但若扣除價格變動因素,總銷量實際下跌0.9%,顯示市民消費力持續審慎,或食肆透過提價來維持收入。數據同時反映市場出現明顯分化,傳統中式餐館業務萎縮,而非中式餐館則逆市增長,成為市場亮點。 中式餐館收益量價齊跌 全年挫近3% 2025年的統計數據顯示,中式餐館全年表現最為疲弱。其收益價值按年下跌2.9%,實際銷量更下滑4.3%,顯示傳統中式酒樓及食肆在吸引顧客方面面臨不小挑戰。隨著消費者口味逐漸多元化及國際化,中式餐館的吸引力似乎正在減弱。 與此相對,非中式餐館(如西餐廳、日本料理等)則逆市而上,全年收益價值及銷量分別增長4.0%及3.4%,成為市場增長的主要動力。這或反映出消費者對國際化餐飲體驗的需求增加,也為非中式餐館的持續發展提供了信心。 快餐店方面,全年收益價值輕微增長0.8%,但銷量錄得0.6%的跌幅,顯示其或依賴價格調整以維持收入。雜類飲食場所(如麵包店、咖啡店)表現亦不理想,其
